MYTHolidays (a venture of MakeYourTicket.com) (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects the privacy of our clients and is committed to protecting their personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

• Government-issued documents: Passport, PAN, Visa-related documents.
• Photographs, travel insurance details, and other supporting papers.
• Payment and tax-related details, including GST and TCS declarations.

Note: We only collect documents in PDF/JPEG formats. We never request or retain original documents.

2. Purpose of Collection

Information is collected and used solely for:

• Processing bookings for flights, hotels, and tour packages.
• Assisting with visa documentation and embassy requirements.
• Complying with statutory requirements including Tax Collected at Source (TCS) u/s 206C(1G).
• Communication, invoicing, and customer support.

• Airlines, hotels, insurance companies, and third-party service providers.
• Embassies and government authorities for visa/immigration.
