All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by respective airlines, hotels, or service providers.
Prices are dynamic and subject to changes in foreign exchange rates, airline charges, fuel surcharges, visa fees, or government taxes.
MYTHolidays acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We shall not be held liable for service deficiencies, delays, cancellations, or denials beyond our control.
Clients must provide accurate and complete documentation. Any loss due to incorrect or incomplete details shall be borne by the client.
Tax Collected at Source (TCS):
In accordance with Section 206C(1G) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, MYTHolidays collects 5% TCS on overseas tour packages (land component).
Exemption from TCS may be availed upon furnishing a valid declaration in prescribed form.
Travel insurance is recommended but remains the sole responsibility of the client.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Zirakpur, SAS Nagar, Punjab.
